Meet the Team

Adam Warren brings over 20 years of experience in the pest control industry. Known for his strong customer relationships and in-depth expertise across all areas of pest management, Adam is a skilled problem solver with exceptional customer service. His dedication and knowledge have been instrumental in growing the business into what it is today. Outside of work, Adam is a passionate QPR supporter, a proud father of two young boys, and enjoys fishing and keeping active at the gym.

Michelle is the longest-serving member of Summit’s office-based team and plays a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business. With a sharp eye for detail, she expertly manages the financial side of operations, keeping track of everything coming in and going out. Alongside her administrative expertise, Michelle is also RSPH Level 2 qualified and has a broad knowledge of pest control. Outside of work, she enjoys attending festivals with friends and spending quality time with her children.

Louise joined Summit in 2024 and quickly impressed the team with how fast she adapted to the pest control industry. With a background working in and around scaffolding, she has truly found her place in this field. Louise’s passion for her role is clear—she often asks for extra reading material to expand her knowledge, and her efficiency and attention to detail ensure every task is carried out to the highest standard. Dedicated and proactive, she’s someone you never need to ask twice. Outside of work, Louise loves spending time with her dogs and travelling to Mexico. With over 10 years of industry experience, Danny is known for his reliability, resilience, and expertise across all aspects of pest proofing. His infectious attitude and great sense of humour make him a true asset to the team, helping him build strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike. A natural problem-solver, Danny is always ready to tackle challenges head-on. Outside of work, he’s passionate about tattoos, enjoys DJing, and—unfortunately, some might say—is a loyal West Ham fan.

Mark joined the business in 2022 and has quickly become known for his passion for the industry and exceptional problem-solving skills. His hard-working attitude and dedication to finding solutions make him a valued member of the team—always ready to step up and never one to shy away from a challenge. A former Army veteran, Mark brings discipline and determination to everything he does. Outside of work, he is a loyal Tottenham supporter and enjoys spending his weekends with his children.

James joined Summit Pest Control in 2022 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Although new to the industry at the time, he adapted quickly and has become a reliable and highly organised member of the team. A licensed shotgun carrier, James brings precision and focus to his work, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and to a high standard. Known for his punctuality and excellent rapport with customers, he’s a valued part of the business. Outside of work, James is a keen darts player, a loyal Tottenham supporter, and an all-round great guy.

With 10 years of industry experience, Duncan is one of the team’s most seasoned technicians. Known for his passion, determination, and innovative ideas, he plays a pivotal role in driving the business forward. His positive attitude and reliability shine through—always the first to volunteer and contribute fresh thinking. Outside of work, Duncan is a proud father of four and a keen Sunday league footballer, though some might say it’s time he hung up his boots!
