I called at lunchtime to ask for a visit to get rid of a wasps nest in my roof. I had a visit and the nest was gone by the evening. Prompt, friendly and reassuring staff. A great service – many thanks! Would highly recommend.

I called and spoke to Adam and one of his team was out at 9am the following morning to tackle a wasps nest next to my bedroom window. Very friendly and professional service, defiantly recommended and thanks to all involved.

The whole experience was professional, efficient and very prompt.
We had a wasps nest in our chimney and they were coming into the lounge under the fire. I am allergic to wasp stings and was really worried. Summit were so caring, reassuring and proactive. I had approached two other companies, one was not very helpful and the other one was a rip off. I thoroughly recommend Summit.

We were having problems with squirrels getting into our loft space. We called severalcompanies but Summit were the only ones that called back quickly. Colin came out and straight away told us were they were coming in and came up with a solution to get rid of them. He also arranged the access to be repaired and locked up.

We got onto Colin as we had major issues with our current supplier and I can only say great things. The service we received and continue to is second to none. Thanks again!

After finding the kids swimming towels shredded, in what we thought was a well secured summer house, I called Summit.
I must say, after some investigation we were unpleasantly surprised to have a rat infestation.

A very good service from Summit for a difficult pigeon problem under solar panels. A number of visits were needed as the birds would not be moved and during the heatwave the roof was impossible to work on but Barry and Colin eventually solved the problem and got rid of 5 nests and 35 pigeons which were roosting on the roof causing a lot of mess. Thank you guys, all you have done has worked.

Our home was left unattended for a couple of months, we found that we had a mouse problem that Summit sorted in double quick time. No fuss, no mess no mice…. Great job guys.

James is a perfectionist, and that is evident in his work, which is an honest one. I’m left wondering why I didn’t get him sooner! Excellent!

We received a rapid response to our call and James came round the next day for the site visit for potential rats in our loft. He quickly identified a hole in our roof and set some baits and traps and left his phone number with us should we need to contact him before his next planned visit. On each visit he was very thorough and showed his level of expertise. He was also respected our property which was great. Rat caught and bait taken so our problem is now solved. I would highly recommend Summit and in particular James.

Fantastic. I requested a visit due to a loft insulation company visit saying I had vermin. They wanted £6900 for the installation which I could not afford. So the price kept going down. Long story short I said no but the vermin side of it worried me. I contacted Summit Pest Control and they sent out Mark. Really nice man he checked my loft said what was there was ancient and crumbled on touching. Checked out where he thought they could have got in. This was possibly due to shower room ventilation cap having come off. He kindly put it back on. Showed me a photo of when my loft was last insulated, this was on one of the beams and said I didn’t need further insulation all was well. He went above and beyond and for that I thank him. I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN ANY LOFT, DONT LIKE THEM. Would recommend Summit Pest Control any time.

Excellent service – came out same day despite having a full schedule – very thorough checking the source of the wasp nest – James was very professional, kept us advised of his arrival time, found the nest outside but still checked the loft and the garage to make sure they had not got in there. Outstanding. Called them at 8am as I thought I might have a rodent in the porch roof due to a persistent scratching noise. James arrived less than an hour later. He correctly identified the noise as being a wasps nest within minutes and had it dealt with within half an hour. Prompt, polite, professional. If only all businesses were like this.
Perhaps they should take over British Airways!

Old house, rodent heaven, contacted Summit, who dispatched the charming and more to point the efective James. Who lay traps .A few days later James returned , and there was much evidence of dearly departed mice and rats……..Good job , well done………James will be coming next month, and we will see if we have become post piper Hamlin ……but so far its looking good.
