The whole experience was professional, efficient and very prompt. We had a wasps nest in our chimney and they were coming into the lounge under the fire. I am allergic to wasp stings and was really worried. Summit were so caring, reassuring and proactive. I had approached two other companies, one was not very helpful and the other one was a rip off.
